There is beauty in everyday life and I am so excited to have the opportunity to create images that capture your spirit and unique qualities. Humor and levity can help you feel comfortable and, hopefully, you can have a little fun along the way (and I promise to never make you say "cheese").
As a self taught photographer, I still can't get enough photography in my life. I have been studying photography for the last six years. I spent many years before this photography passion, some may say obsession, teaching (and attending) workshops on card making and scrapbooking. I loved working with students and loved the creativity.
I decided one day that I would buckle down and learn how to use my DSLR camera. Little did I know it would lead me to be a small business owner in Bloomington, Indiana. I have no plans to quit my day job, aka my corporate sponsor, although one day when I retire I may accept more clients.

Here's Where You Can Find Me
My location is in Dimension Mill in the Trades District of downtown Bloomington, Indiana, and very close to Indiana University. I am happy to shoot at the Mill, there are a ton of great backgrounds there. I can also meet you on the Indiana University Campus, Oliver Winery, or one of the local City Parks. Bloomington is filled with great locations for photo shoots.
Meeting at my place?
Dimension Mill is located at 642 N Madison just across the street from Upland Brewing. Vehicles may be parked at the Morton Street garage at 220 N Morton St, or on-street on 11th, Morton, or Rogers. There is bike parking on the West and South sides of the building and the #2 Bus travels along Morton street. I will meet you at the main entrance, near the Northwest corner of the building. Please do not park in restricted parking lots.
